Paulino began baking over forty years ago as a young man in Mexico assisting the local baker and learning the art of bread making in ancient brick ovens. They baked Pan for the community in much the same manner as it is done today, carefully and lovingly. They prepared the dough every morning for baking long before the sun rose, then delivered freshly baked bread to the community.
With our facilities centrally located in Watsonville, Paulino’s Bakery is able to deliver the finest quality bread every day to our customers throughout Central California.
